Seat & Rooms

The Refined Space of Roji Tonomoto
What we hope you will enjoy along with our cuisine is the gentle flow of time and the comfort of a serene space.
From the counter, you can observe the precise movements of our chefs at work.
And when your gaze drifts, you’ll find seasonal flowers quietly blooming in the courtyard.
Our tables and chairs are made of solid, natural wood — carefully selected for their warmth and character.
For special occasions such as family celebrations or business dinners,
we offer private rooms, traditional tatami seating, and dining tables to suit your needs.
As seating is limited, we kindly ask that you make a reservation in advance.

Seating & Private Rooms

Counter Seating (10 seats)
With generous spacing between each seat, our counter area offers a relaxed and comfortable dining experience.
The counter itself is crafted from a single slab of keyaki (zelkova) wood, smooth to the touch. The contrast between the white wood and the black plaster ceiling creates a soft, warm atmosphere, enhanced by subtle lighting.
From your seat, you can enjoy the view of seasonal plants through the tsuboniwa and inner garden, while directly in front of you, our chefs’ refined skills unfold before your eyes.
At the counter, we serve both sushi kaiseki courses and à la carte dishes.
We also prepare items from our ingredient display case according to your preferences.
Whether dining alone or sharing a special moment with someone close, the counter offers the perfect setting.

Dining Room "Private Room"

The space features exposed wooden beams, adding a bold and distinctive presence to the spacious interior.
Seating arrangements can be adjusted according to the size of your party, so please let us know your preferences in advance.
This room is well-suited for family celebrations, group gatherings, and business dinners.
Please note that advance reservations are required.

1 Private Tatami Room (4 Seats)
