At our restaurant, sushi serves as the foundation, but we also offer a wide variety of seafood and seasonal dishes for you to enjoy.
Our courses and à la carte options may include premium ingredients such as chateaubriand, shark fin, and soft-shelled turtle, prepared upon request — not limited to sushi alone.
We hope to offer a dining experience filled with unique delights and performances that you won’t find elsewhere.

- We offer around 40–50 à la carte dishes, allowing you to sample a variety at your own pace. You can also pick directly from the counter’s ingredient case.

Carefully Selected Sake and Spirits
We offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages from all over Japan, carefully selected to pair perfectly with sushi and traditional Japanese cuisine
In addition to sake and shochu, we also serve wine and sparkling wine — all of which complement Japanese dishes beautifully.
We would be happy to recommend drinks to suit your meal. Please don’t hesitate to ask.

Isojiman
– A sake with dignity, echoing the sea breeze.
Refined and delicate, nurtured by the bounty of Suruga Bay and pure mountain water. A true “pride,” offering a perfect balance of umami and crispness.
Sōku
– A glass filled with pure intentions.
Gently brewed by a small Kyoto brewery, with a straightforward, kind-hearted taste. Like the sky itself, it softly expands in the heart.
Kokuryu
– A sake of distinction for the discerning glass.
Polished and elegant, brought to life by the famed waters of Fukui. Its aroma, sharpness, and finish all speak of quality—perfect for special occasions.
Juyondai
– A legendary name that lives up to its fame.
Exceptional fragrance and silky umami. One sip, and you're captivated — the pinnacle of sake, turning a single glass into a memorable experience.
Zaku
– Innovation within serenity.
A modern, refined sake from Mie Prefecture. Harmonious aromas and rich umami unfold with each sip. "Zaku" resonates with the sensibilities of today.
Tetsuji no Sake (Limited to approx. 20 bottles/year)
– Honest and heartfelt.
Not flashy — just quietly delicious. With each sip, it resonates deeper, capturing the soul of Tetsuji in every drop.
Asatsuyu
– Napa Valley, USA
A crisp dry white wine, accented with elegant, fruity notes.
